Since the early days of the creation of Chiangrai Hills, it was the intention of the Chao Phya Abhai Raja Siammanukulkij foundation and its founders to offer the best possible tools to the hill tribe youngsters to reach their dream.

To set up and run a football team is not an easy task, and success can only be reached if the club is well organized and well funded.

But besides the organization and the material itself, the club certainly needs a "home": The Chiangrai Hills stadium.

Count Gerald van der Straten Ponthoz, Chairman of the foundation, and Somrit Puntharat, board member of the foundation and shareholder of Taweeheng Leasing, will not only supervise the team, but also inject more private funds to build a complete football stadium, which will be the home of Chiangrai Hills.

The stadium will be located in Maechan and will be the private field of the team. The field will be constructed according to the standards, with stands, fitness rooms, excercise areas, fan club areas, parking, etc...

The construction has begun in 2010 and will take about one year to complete. CLICK HERE to see more.
